Caprock Golf Course first opened for play in 1954. The course was designed by D. H. Bartlett.

There are many uphill and downhill shots required on this rolling course. The greens are small and the fairways are generous. There are four holes where you have blind tee shots. The course plays to a 9-hole par-35 from the blue tees which measure 2,876 yards. The Red tees play to a par-36 and 2,444 yards.
